Sampson was the type of Collie from which dreams are made. He stood out as the handsome pup in the litter and only improved with age. When Sampson was just a pup, Leah Ryan (Collie judge) and Barry Ryan decided to take him home with them to Australia.

After nine months in Australian quarantine, Sampson sired Australian Champion Vedamea Rags to Riches and Australian Champion Vedamea Melody to Record, CDX.

Sampson is the great grandsire of Australian Champion Vedamea The Diamond Beau, Best of Breed Winner at the Sydney Royal Easter Show 2001.

The sweet little pup from Southern California is now a part of Collie history and his positive influence on the breed Downunder can be seen today. But more important, the indelible footprint Sampson left on everyone's heart can be felt forever.

Sampson is certified normal-eyed with the Canine Eye Registration Foundation.
