Rainshade Alice Blue Gown is one of the foundation pillars of Rainshade Collies. Most of our American-European Collie pedigrees trace back to her. She is full sister to International Champion Ringleader Blue of Rainshade and the dam of many influential Rainshade Collies. She was bred to American Champion Incandescent Intrepid Image and produced Rainshade Sans Souci ("Camille"). Camille was later exported to Australia and is the mother of Australian Champion Vedamea Grandmaster, CDX.

Alice was later bred to American Champion Kingsmark Mountain Man and produced Rainshade Rhapsody in Blue (exported to France) and Rainshade Noblesse Oblige (exported to Australia). Rainshade Noblesse Oblige ("Samson") sired Austrailain Champion Vedamea Rags to Riches and Australian Champion Vedamea Melody to Record, CDX.
